The mission of Coggin Ave. Baptist church is to make disciples by leading people to connect with God, with others, through service, to the world. We are excited that you are interested in volunteering with our Student Ministry and taking the step to connect through service.

Below you will find two different forms that we ask you to fill out and return to us. The first one is our church's Volunteer Covenant, which we now require every volunteer to sign and the second form is our Student Ministry's Lifeguard Application. These forms are meant to assure that we walk in unity, and that both parties understand their responsibilities.
